Worship is the focus of our common life at STM. The Commission oversees and coordinates the areas listed below at planning and work meetings according to the seasons of the church year. The members of the commission keep updated liturgically by attending diocesan workshops and studying current trends.

Men’s Prayer Group/Bible Study
This group meets at 6:45 AM each Friday to discuss the Sunday readings, in particular, the Gospel. The group opens with prayer, followed by a reading and discussion of the Sunday Gospel of how it speaks or touches each of the people present. The discussion then moves into a Bible study of a given book of the Bible. The session closes with prayer. During RENEW, the group has elected to follow the RENEW format. There is no set pattern, or schedule other that the session only last one hour in order for the participants to get to their respective job commitments on time. The group sets the format and decides how the sessions will be handled as the seasons and need for prayer changes.
Parishioners are called upon to participate in the weekend liturgies by bringing up the gifts of bread and wine.
